The payment processor is setup and ready to use. We're just waiting on VISA to setup the CCBill merchant account. That could take 1 to 3 weeks and it has been a week since the change to CCBill. Hopefully it won't be much longer. EDIT UPDATE: VISA has now been added to the Payment Options you should now be able to Register a Premium Account.

Irma arrived June 10th so 90 days will be September 7th. Then it will be another 90 Days before she can apply to come back.

Some of Hopes gif images take longer to appear is because of the size of the file. A gif image has to buffer before it basically appears. Gif Images can be most times 10 to 50MB a piece so the buffering time takes a little longer.

If it was upload through a Third Party Uploading Service then it would be able to seen by all Non-Premium & Premium Members. How the User Uploads their Content is solely upon them.
