Never had any more of them since.

Nose picking seems to be the thing it seems to happen in all the apartments but Paul is the biggest nose picker of them all.

Seems the only rooms they go in are the kitchen, bedroom,shower and the room by the entrance that has no cam. I can't see this couple lasting for very long.
