    The part that strikes me is they just can't keep their hands to themselves they always seem to have the need to feel someone, similar to mauling a cat that doesn't want to be bothered.

    She was up till around 4am ironing. She was doing a load of laundry while she went to bed for sleep. Knowing how hard she walks on her heels as one can always hear her footsteps on the floor, it must be annoying to the neighbors below trying to sleep and hearing someone's foot steps thumping on the floor. The building they live in must be fairly old as newer apartment buildings have cement flooring not wooden where one can hear everything. I myself used to live in those type of building where you hear everything that goes on above. It can very annoying especially at 4am in the morning. I had a few choice words with the person but it only made matters worse. Now I am in a more solid building where the upper floor is cement and don't hear a thing. I now enjoy peace and quiet living. The only way I am leaving the apartment I am in is zipped up in a body bag.

    Cams are covered in the LR or the NV was unplugged. That's a violation. Tenants or their guests are not to mess with the cams.
