    The only way they'll ever stop the amount of crimes being committed everywhere is too bring back the lash. Once most get 50 Lashes they'll surely think twice before wanting to commit another crime. 50 Lashes Minimum and for a repeat offender keeps going up 25 Lashes each time they're caught. Stop keeping people on Death Row for 15 or 20 Years. Once your sentenced to death it must be followed through within 1 Month. No 3 squares and a cot for 15 or 20 Years.
