End this once and for all and put your differences aside and just do not respond to one another. If it doesn't stop then I'll have no choice but to put each in a time out position.     I don't know why. You'll have to ask her. In Canada no one under the age of 16 can make their own decisions for such matters. Parental Consent is a requirement for the procedure. If they do choose to go that route the parents are responsible for all costs. Most Parents won't take a mortgage on their homes to have their child's pee pee cut off. If you're born with a wiener then you're a male. If you're born with a bun then you're a female. Be happy what nature gave you and be satisfied.
