I don't see any chance of that happening anytime soon. Tehey've made no progress in Trumps first 4 Years and if Trump gets another 4 they'll be at the same stage they are now.

Besides Trudeau can't make any rash decisions anyways, he only has a Minority Government he has no power to things on his own accord.
