His major problem is the Porn Sites. He goes to all the wrong Sites and gets a lot of Clutter. Over a Third of the Files you can't Unlock to Delete the things. I should just put a Net Nanny on his Laptop then that will Block all the Porn Tube Sites on him or once I get it installed with all the programs and Drivers is make a System Image all set up then if he messes it up again it only takes 5 Minutes to run a Back Up. It came with one of those Preinstalled Windows 10 Partitions so I'll get rid of that Partition and Use my own Windows 10. It will free his Hard drive of at least 5 GB

He wound up leaving his Laptop to get a Clean Install of Windows 10. He had so much Garbage on the Previous O/S I told him it would be quicker just to Erase and Redo the thing. He's only in the City on Sundays so I have a week to get it done.
