    It was out there all Afternoon and most of the Evening. Usually after 6 or 7 Hours things get moved once the Tenants Vacate. Everyone can still see the Pictures as the Items will be marked as Unread to the ones that have not seen them.

    Apparently the Hydro was off last night around that area. They were apparently all in bed when the lights came back on. No one came into the Apartment to fix anything so it was the Local Hydro coming in from the outside.

    It's a House of Short Circuits. It's not wired properly. RLC should Break the Lease and find a place that's more reliable. This Apartment is a disaster waiting to happen with all the short circuits.
