Enhance your Volume from the Control Panel. Select Sound, Click the Item that has a Checkmark on it. Select Properties then Enhancements. Place a checkmark in Loudness Equalization. Click Apply to change the setting and your Volume has Increased by 30% from what the Standard Windows System has for Default.

That likely has a bit to do with their Ratings as well. I could see them having an issue with Videos being posted as those get downloaded on the Forum and some of them wind up on Third Party Porn Sites. Posting Pictures they usually stay in one place and don't stray to far. They should at least wake up and smell the coffee that Picture Posting is a way of Free Advertising but they haven't seemed to figure that out. Someone subscribes to RLC pays $45 an then Purchases Replay for $30 now they have invested $75. If they Post 1 Picture from their RLC Account, RLC will Ban their Account and then take their $75 and tell them they can no longer Register another Account. If the Member does not contact the Payment Server and Cancel their Account Subscription they stand a chance on getting Re-Billed as Payments are Recurring until the Subscriber says to Cancel. A couple years ago there used to be a lot more posting RLC Content but since RLC wants to be Hard Assed towards their Subscribers, those Posters have began Groups and gone into PM Seclusion to share their Pictures and Videos amongst the ones that belong to their Groups.
