I'm young, but I wasn't born yesterday. The writing was on the wall and the window was closing! With the end of the month coming so to was the next months rent payment. Say what you want, but I know better. Soon all of the managers will have to learn to be cut throat unless they want to go into the charity business. The lifespan of tenant being able to make good money is about 1-2 months I would guess. After that, it's progress or drama time to stay alive here. Is it worth the cost of ones sex life? I'm certain that VH can probably estimate very well the amount of money a new tenant can expect to earn and how that money will degrade over time depending on the type of sex they have.

You guys need to dispense this idea that there is a flood of money getting spread around.
