This guy is trolling in Honolulu around Waikiki Beach. Last time I was there I saw him. Well, it could have been him. He looked pretty rough, almost homeless. He was carrying around a Canon camcorder. I've been there myself many times and yeah, this is a great spot to be a voyeur for sure. I think it's the contrast on the cams set too high. Worth looking into further cause it's not a very good quality feed at the moment.

There are a lot of artifacts in the feeds. You can really see the noise a lot.

I want to say that there is too much contrast with the cams. Skin tone looks quite noisy in the feed and the video itself seems rather dim, almost like a vignette is cast on the feed. Do you see that too? Is it just the lighting? I see it in other apts too.
