I haven't seen much interaction between Florence and Dianoria and N&N. B-7 is again a dead zone with Buki wandering off again, leaving Brianna in solitude. Florence and Dianoria are acting as if they are on borrowed time. Madison is on about day 510 on the project, so her days may also be numbered. I remember a remark from Nadia that she and Aziza had the same "agency" in Barcelona. And Bogdan telling Nelly that he had no control over Aziza's return to RLC. (This was after her first stay when Aziza and Bogdan had their escapade.) From time to time, this "agency" apparently places participants in RLC. The question I think is how many of the 'Old Guard' of 2023-34 are about to return to the villas? On a side note. At B-7, Annette is all dressed up, about to head to the clubs, looking like a completely different woman, and talking to herself in the bathroom mirror. Clearly misplaced in B-7.

Ash, This was not a "leaving party". It was to be an arrival party. Perhaps it was the translator. See the recent example of an on-line translator converting a birthday party at Sasha and Dasha's into a "funeral party". I should have been clearer about the guests' ties to Ney. During Ney's first time as a participant, her social world in Barcelona often revolved around the kinky, including techno-queer parties produced at several clubs and venues. (Karma even relayed the story of her having sex in the shadows with a couple at one party she attended.) Nadia was not part of this particular party scene. B-4's New Year's Eve party for 2023-2024 was a lot different than the New Year's Eve party for 2024-25. And yes, in 2023-2024, Nadia, Ney, Wolf, Massi, Daytona, and numerous others partied on and around Sara's bed in the penthouse. I think it is quite credible that a group of guests were invited to welcome the arrival of a former participant, and when that participant does not arrive because of a travel complication, the guests will remain and party-on. On Monday, Sara and her Russian-speaking gay guy friend remained in B-4. The other party guests left on Sunday evening. (Daytona may have stayed over-night also, before leaving Monday morning.) One could rightfully wonder why on Monday evening, Sara was using Madison's bathroom to shower, wash her hair, style her hair, and put on her make-up. Her gay friend had worn casual-wear. Dressed like that, he was not going to accompany Sara to wherever she was going. B-4 goes U/M. When back on-line, there is Ney, Nani, Wolf, Sara, and the gay guy!

I think he meant birthday. The balloons and inflatables were not in Nancy's room the first time this apartment came back on-line after being U/M. It would appear that Nancy has not slept in that bed since the birthday celebration.

I thought that RLC would update Sasha/Dasha/Nancy's status today when they added Ney and Nani, but nothing. The absence of an update simply increases the mystery of what's going on.

After some more retrospective thinking -- which can be dangerous -- I believe the party on Sunday with Sara and friends was to be a welcome-back party for Ney. Look who Sara invited: Daytona. IMO, Sara's best portrait is the one of Daytona paired with Ney, and which suggests there was a relationship of sorts between the two. Sara was perceptive. One night, the cams caught Daytona caressing Ney during a party in Sara's room, and sliding his hand to Ney's crotch. Karma: Karma and Ney went to several raves together in Barcelona, both dressed in bondage gear. Rachel: I believe it was Rachel who cut and restyled Ney's hair. The gay emo friend (he has 'Gay' tattooed on his chest). No direct association, but Sara did a portrait of him about the same time that she painted Ney and Daytona. She dressed him in a skirt, some say it was a kilt. He spent several nights sleeping with Sara in her bed during Ney's stay in B-4 The gay guy with no tattoos. He was with Sara yesterday, and I don't recall him being at the party I think he is one of the two, 'normal looking' gay guys (both with no ink) who had sex in the penthouse. Others: Macy Gray. I think her relationship with Sara came after Ney left. It seems the relationship has continued. Perhaps Sara wants to introduce Ney to Macy. Who was not there. Sara's partner / 'husband'. Sara had not yet met him when Ney was in B-4. Nadia. I don't believe Nadia and Ney have met. Wolf: He would have been there if Ney had arrived on Sunday, rather than Monday. It appears that Ney and Nani's arrival in Barcelona was delayed, either because of a visa issue, or a cancelled flight. Yesterday, B-4 went U/M as Sara was finishing styling her hair, so her departure from B-4 was not recorded. I was convinced watching Sara putting on her makeup and styling her hair that she was going to an up-scale club in Barcelona I would not be surprised to learn that she went to the airport with Wolf to meet Ney. Future tenants in the master bedroom in B-7 Odds are growing, IMO, that they know Ney. This also assumes they were not at the party.

IMO, Ney and her friend will 'graduate' to their own rooms in B-4 sooner rather than later. Also, IMO, if Ney is given this bedroom, and the master bedroom in B-7 still awaits two new participants, that master bedroom will be given to past participants. Where is Margo these days? Wolf doesn't have to live in the villas to be a frequent visitor. I anticipate that B-4, and possibly B-7, will become more kinky, and with more parties. And I also think that Ney and/or her gf's arrival was possibly delayed because of visa issues. Her last time, she was in B-4 for 80 days, so easily within the 90 day limit for a Schengen visa.

Sara and her gay friend are on the penthouse balcony. Madison, Florence, and Dianoria are nowhere to be seen, and seem to have left the villa. Veronica is still there. ------------------- Sara is putting on make-up in the penthouse bathroom. So expecting guests, or going out.

The pool cleaning in B-4 was finished before they moved to B-7. Daytona and the Emo fiend have left for now. After they left, Sara and her gay friend went over to B-4. I think this is one of the two gay guys who had sex in the penthouse spa.

Sara and her gay friend moved over to the B-7 pool because RLC told them to. That cam is now the free cam. The table in the dining room has the beginnings for a place setting for six. Perhaps Sara and friends will have dinner in B-7 later. I am developing a sense that RLC may clear out most of the current tenants in B-4 and B-7 by month's end. Sara and friend are in B-7 because otherwise the villa has only Buki watching a movie in his room.

The pool cleaners were at B-4 earlier, and that also was U/M while they were there. The missing plank is Bogdan's job to fix.

The pool is being cleaned by a contractor. That's why it went U/M. The pool with Sara sunning topless was the free cam earlier. I am now thinking that RLC invited Sara to visit, and told her she could bring friends, which she did. RLC organized yesterday's party in B-7 as well. I expect Sara is being paid to appear. Maybe Daytona too. From Rlc's perspective, B-4 and especially B-7 is a dead zone. No content, and particularly this weekend. No new tenants arriving for the master bedroom in B-7. No new tenant(s) arriving for Karina's old bedroom. A free cam view of two girls in B-4 and one in B-7 staring at their phones???? No free cam in the penthouse because Madison might be having sex with her bf at any moment. Buki is a quasi-resident of B-1 Which leaves only Veronica. From RLC's perspective, a dead zone on an August weekend at the two villas with pools is totally unacceptable. Sara and friends became one solution, a big party with outsiders in B-7 became another.

Plausible, but as this is not a weekend, I think RLC IT would take the initiative and text him that they were bringing the apartment back on-line. I also think Sasha would check the RLC website when they returned to the apartment.

It looks as if Sara, Daytona, and the bi-sexual guy are leaving today. I will repeat an observation that I have made before. Sara is connected to the owners of RLC from her days studying, living, and working in St. Petersburg. None of the Ukrainians can say that. As an artist, she is very talented. She is the only Russian on RLC's Barcelona tenant roster that had their own business. I will also repeat my belief that Daytona is related to one of RLC's owners and fled Russia when Putin began cracking down on anyone who is not heterosexual. Early-on, both he and Sara announced they were never returning to Russia. She only had a 90-day visa at the time. When Daytona arrived in B-4, he stuck to Sara like glue. She was probably asked to act as his guardian of sorts, a guide to help him settle in a new country. Daytona currently does not appear to have a job, yet his wardrobe and appearance indicate a steady income. How does he support himself? My guess is RLC's bank supports him. I think this weekend showed Sara's position within the RLC hierarchy, which is high. I don't know of any previous tenant who basically arrived at an RLC apartment / villa and hosted a days-long party for her friends. And with the current tenants being bystanders.

Maybe @Noldus can make an inquiry. If Nancy has left the project, they could post that and continue with the apartment being U/M with just Sasha and Dasha. When the apartment came back on-line, there was no indication that Nancy had left. The first U/M period was not a cover for her departing the project. IMO, the longer this apartment is U/M, the greater the likelihood that they are switching to another apartment.

That's for certain. Perhaps they are running too many devices on the same circuit, and need to install an additional circuit. In my place, there are three circuits for the kitchen because of the appliances that might be in use simultaneously.

At the time when she was looking to extend her short-stay Schengen visa, there is a provision that a non-citizen resident of Spain who is a citizen of a Schengen country can enter into a domestic partnership with someone like Sara, who was on a 90 day visa. The Schengen partner has to demonstrate that he (or she) has sufficient income to provide for them both. The dude next to her today looks to be the same guy she gave a ring to, but his hair color is different. Maybe if he shows his tats! I don't think this guy today was the last of her male lovers during her stay in B-4. He was the cartoonist. Edit, after reading Britguy's post upthread. IIRC, the cartoonist was an American. IIRC, he did not live in Spain. She met him ion a trip she made to another country for a show / exhibition. They both went to a wild party in a church.. If he is an American, he would have to obtain legal residency in a Schengen country before his domestic partner status would give her long-term residency. I do not recall whether the cartoonist, Sara, and Macy Gray were together at any time in the penthouse.
