The door at cam 2-9 is below the main level of the garage. There is a ramp (walkway) along the side of the garage between the level of the front door to the level of the parking area in front of the garage. The ramp appears to have a gradient of 15 degrees or so, which results in a change in elevation of two meters more or less, between the penthouse level and the garage floor level. That is why they walk up stairs from the hall in 2-9 to reach the level of the garage. You can count the steps on the stairs between the front door and the kitchen level. Add those steps to the steps from the door seen in 2.9 leading to the level of the garage, and that total approximates how many meters above the kitchen the garage floor is.
