They are not at home for a long time... For the distance talked here they had more then time to arrive to the building, so probably went some place else  (doesn't mean that later they couldn't visit the girls)

There is some preliminary under the covers exploration going on so you never know.  The biggest deterrent is that Dean is still in the apartment, he was a cockblocker last night and could still be.
