When they now show an approbriate reaction its okay. Taking too long like Jeka did with the do nothings damages managers reputation.

Will give They that merit respect if they react as they should.If they act like VH or pretend nothing apened then will have no respect from me as managers(just like Jeka have because the Nothing's and his behave).
