Use a Download Manager then there is no clicking to allow anything. Just click the play button in the Video Screen and the Download Manager Tab will Pop Up to grab the Download. Myairbridge would be a good idea. I use Internet Explorer and have the Pop Up Blocker set on High. No Pop Ups ever get through on me. Other Browsers have Pop Up Blockers but they are mostly ineffective at stopping anything. The Pop up you posted is not Malware or Spyware it's just a pain as you have to Open Task Manger and shut the Browser Down to get rid of it.
