I don't see that happening because this is a problem between the tenant and his manager, knowing that when the apt is empty, they get less views. And less views means less earnings

BTW, after watching the timeline of this place, it looks like Lisa came with a bag full of clothes and put them in the washing machine. Maybe her washing machine does not work.
