There was no Tenant named Mary in this Apartment. It was Maria & Mari. Maria's name is now Mary.

Nina & Alan I think too. Most likely Clara & Stas too. Alex & Lina are real names. Not sure about Otto & Lola Lina & Dominica are real. Viki & Kate are the English names of their Russian names Lisa & Anastasia and Nyusha are real too I guess.
