I didn't see. I just happen to turn into the apartment and he was there on the couch. The mood feels a little cold between them at the moment.

I do not know the precise reason (s) for this situation, I have an idea, but they have a decision to make: for Drew it's pretty clear, right in his boots, he's waiting for Bree to finally crack. It is up to Bree to accept the situation and draw the consequences.
Depending on their personal situation (family, friends, money, VH commitments ...) it can take time!
I can not imagine a reconciliation now.
