Agreeing with you of course as you know, but this apartment "belongs" to Jeka but it's not "from" Jeka... And also they are thousands of miles away (in distance 😁) of Jeff&Violet

Yep!  We should probably throw another couple in like Stacy and Kris.  Or how about Hector and Marla?  The time for a good looking exhibitionist couple, who relates to this forum will never pass!

This house doesn't look bad(it would need an second cam in kitchen)and the cam in loggia more down position(jeka Just don't understand that shitt bird views are bad),he just need to find good residents,think he should stop with places with girls only,Seems don't work good for him,this two girls,cats ladies.Maybe an nice new couple,hopefully the nothings 3 will never ever happen😅.

Business risk is less - they are new. The new ones have lot of interest and more opportunities to raise interest (for example, a party).

H&M - hobby. They earn very little.

By the way - soon will be another big rotation. Some participants will leave - new ones will come.
