Not only that it is ripping off the tenants as the 50% the apartment gets is then split 2 or 3 ways. golfer06 Posted October 2, 2018 Share Posted October 2, 2018 although it would certainly be wrong to prey on desperate for $ tenants there have been a few cases of the managers getting in on the action that have been quite memorable. of course george & serena was a little weird. but she did chase him. also the 1 year party at nina/alan apt would have been nothing without george. also he has not taken advantage of the polly/valery apt at all. the next example would be anna/alex at lexy/pete housewarming party. 1 of the hottest nights in vh history imo. also zack with juliet & selma saved that apt as nothing at all was happening there. as for the abuse the compound episode should be a lesson on why better oversight is needed. 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That is not what I said at all. The question is whether or not Jeka's do nothing apts are worthy of of VHTV. My answer is that anyone who is on VHTV is worthy as long as they are getting what they want out of it. Also, my drive for realistic voyeurism does not mean that I want to see people sitting around not doing nothing. I've explained this over and over again. I expect tenants living in a voyeur house to mostly live their real "interesting" lives and not some pretend, rigged, life mostly designed to gets views. I call that cheating. If I wanted to see acting, rigged cam shows, paid performers, there's plenty of other places for that and #free! But, it's no one's place to demand that VHTV remove any tenants cause no one has any idea how successful they are. Only VHTV and the managers know that. It's up to the tenant or manager to decide if they aren't making enough to stay. VHTV doesn't kick people out because of low views and when I voted yes above, that's the reason why.
