That's why many won't post them in Open Forums is because of that. Why pay $45 for a Month and Post 1 or 2 Videos and Lose your Account and your $45. If they have Replay then they likely lost $75. Most of the Videos Posted in Open RLC Boards are from the Free Cam Areas and those you don't need a RLC Account to Capture them so they have nothing to lose except for a Blacklisted IP Address which is quite simple to change at any time.

The Video itself has the Uploaders information attached through various watermarking's in the Video. Also they likely track their Cookies that visit their site. 1
