That's why many won't post them in Open Forums is because of that. Why pay $45 for a Month and Post 1 or 2 Videos and Lose your Account and your $45. If they have Replay then they likely lost $75. Most of the Videos Posted in Open RLC Boards are from the Free Cam Areas and those you don't need a RLC Account to Capture them so they have nothing to lose except for a Blacklisted IP Address which is quite simple to change at any time. The Video itself has the Uploaders information attached through various watermarking's in the Video.
