Weird because seems at a very rare occasion all seems prepared.. They even have eaten there, both tenants in the house, no boxes around

For now after few minutes online they was put offline and removed from list... so don't know if they "regret" 😁

Likely just something Technical.  It's not quite that common that someone starts and leaves on the same day.
