For Russian - Colombia provides formal Visa (automatically) for 90 days. And they paid for flight (very expensive - This couple become to famous in Siberia. Moscow-Bogota - the cheapest now 45987rub = 707$/one person+go to Moscow = I think only flight to Colombia cost them in 2000$. Need to return money).
