The cam setup in bedroom is really bad here. The girls are nice and hot but they suffer from Jeka not being able to make a decent cam setup in the bedroom. I don't watch the bedroom at all.

Well they aren't there now no time at all .. They are sleeping in the LR

Smart girls. When there manager is incapable to fix things they take matters in their own hand.

Hope, they can keep or even extend being smart. Support is on side of Jeka. They had sent me the reply

WE like current cameras position. It is give us good view angle.

Jeka´s work yesterday was for nothing, he seems to play a game with Andrej. And the support has reached already the arrogancy of RLC. Seems this is a standard behaviour of marketleader?

Well they will see when they lose views because of the bad positions...

For anyone to heap accolades on Jeka's work with cameras, be it positioning,
lighting, camera quality, etc., etc., just shows how little they know about the
importance of views. And not just Jeka, but all the managers and the entire
company.

You would think if a company wanted to be as successful and profitable as
they could be, they wouldn't overlook one of the most important aspects of
their business: views, which go directly to their bottom line. And one of the
best, and easiest ways, to garner more views is by improving the quality of
the cameras, their position, the lighting, etc. It's one of the quickest and
simplest things they could do and I believe they'd be rolling in money. Like
the old adage says, you've got to spend money to make money.

And, hand-in-hand with that is not allowing people to move, block, cover,
turn off or in any way hinder the views through the cams.

Of course, in order for that to happen, the company would have to take a
more active role in the operation of their company, instead of letting other
people run it for them.

And a lot of that starts with really listening to, believing in and responding
to what your customers are saying and not simply thinking you know what
is best and right.

JMHO.

I agree about Jeka but saying it to all managers I think is not quite fair. We know George for example usually invests a lot of effort in cam setup. He always returns some days after opening to make some fine tuning to the cams. Melissa & Sergio do a good job too. Lisa & Grant also know how it's done.

I guess in that particular case support did not look and just believed in what Jeka told them.

I wish you a nice day my friend.

You may be right about some of the other managers. You guys know better
than I would, since you're the ones with the subs. However, I believe there's
always room for improvement, instead of resting on your laurels.

It seems I remember, though, people complaining about the cams every time
Jeka opens a new apt. Nobody should ever just take Jeka's word when it
comes to cameras.

As for the day, right back at you, my friendly German Connection. 😊

For good order´s sake, I have to say that the missing IR in the BR yesterday night has nothing to do with Jeka. Support could convince me by replay that this was caused by the open door to the hall and the light coming from there.

The official reading from support is saying that Jeka could not finish his work yesterday and there are consultancies with the Tech staff.... but we will see...

lol it's not because the guy of the vh support like the cameras positions in the bedroom than your members like ! they need to listen more their members ,

this is an evidence they need to move this cam 8 in front of the bed or add another one.
