Daahrling, you are right that criminal investigators are taught to read tattoos; russian mob , latinix gangs, etc. but now everbody has tattoos now. they dont mean anything anymore. the cia is and was too disorganized to promote any tattoos. what you gonna identify somebody by their dreamcatcher tattoo, or their pacific islander ink? hell no!! they done a mile a minute world wide!
