They don't say "Alina and Anton will be moving out" but "will move into a new apartment" this could mean they are moving to a new RLC apartment with cams. Maybe or am I just reading to much into it. There present apartment needs a good overhaul, wall paper hang off, power sockets behind the cooker, paint work... well you get my drift. Plus a overhaul of all the cam positions and quality!!!
