The funny thing is I don't actually blame Scott for any of this and think VHTV should absorb the blame and fines for one simple reason, why on earth did VHTV allow Scott to become a manager after all the fines and problems they have had over the last year. There is no sane person who thinks I know this person who gets into trouble often so I'm going to allow him to manage others even though I know that person couldn't manage themselves.
