I believe that Zac was speaking with the person responsible of what’s going on with FG’s life ( papi , that’s how the Carribean people address usually friends ) and trying to persuade that she can’t stay anymore longer . But that’s my conclusion of the much that was spoken and perhaps the pure Spanish speakers can shed some light if they wish ☺️😇

Thing is Zac is easily manipulated but he does not own apt. This could break up Luna and Zac and close the apt.
