I don't know why. You'll have to ask her. In Canada no one under the age of 16 can make their own decisions for such matters. Parental Consent is a requirement for the procedure. If they do choose to go that route the parents are responsible for all costs. Most Parents won't take a mortgage on their homes to have their child's pee pee cut off. If you're born with a wiener then you're a male. If you're born with a bun then you're a female. Be happy what nature gave you and be satisfied. 2
