The food and drink regulation is to prevent political groups from gifting food and drink to in line voters to influence voting behavior. Poll workers are allowed to give out water and voters are allowed to bring food and drinks with them. The law also added four more days of early voting.

If companies leave the country they won't need U.S. tax breaks because the financial benefits of leaving will outweigh the tax breaks.
