Not when any black person is remotely involved. Now days, everything is about race, and no one cares even though the perp is in the act of commiting a felony or poses a danger to others. And the mob broke down a gate to into the gated community just like the window was broken to get through the door of the Capitol building. The difference is that the Capitol police officer shot an unarmed protester and the people in St.Louis shot no one. Also, the mob was headed to the St.Louis mayor's home. Breaking a gate at a gated community is a misdemeanor, and that couple went out of their way to bring their guns outside and confront a protest that was marching past their home.
