It was still there when she shut her legs, she's also laying on a towel as some yeast infections are contagious (ie. Ringworm), she also has had very little contact with Leora. 2

Trust me, I have a tube of canesten on my table and am treating ringworm right next to my nutsack as we speak! It's easier to apply it to tissue and place in the affected area when it's in a spot like that. 1
