I'll assume you're not from the states since you called it a "motorized bicycle". It tops out at about 190MPH. I only rode around 160mph until my stomach started to sink into my intestines from fear. On rare occasions I'll get throttle happy and the front end will lift up a few inches, it honestly scares the shit out of me.

And if it's not a Harley-Davidson, then it is a motorized bicycle.
