Democrats have have promoted racial, sexual, cultural, social, economic, and class divisions in the U.S. for years as a means of gaining and holding onto power. Expand Maybe if Democrats were not so anti police and Democrat prosecuting attorneys put more criminals in prison to keep them from becoming repeat offenders, fewer Americans would feel the need to own guns to protect themselves and their families from violent criminals. 1 1
