You have to think that Leora wants Paul to stay there on a permanent basis. So, barring unforeseen circumstances, no. Paul will stay in Prague for a long time.

 Malia was stopped by immigration inspectors, malia was still on her 3 or 6 month visa and hadn't renewed,  as were a lot of  visitors who had arrived before the pandemic started and they were ALL kicked out including malia boyfriend,  leora's  solicitor friend  reduced the ban for when she could return.
