I tried to use an out of state card to pay for a corporate expense of parking, of all things and they told me that it had to be a local card. Bullshit. Visa is Visa, anywhere in the world. It's the stupidity of the merchant to say things like that. He called his boss, otherwise I was going to simply mow his gate down and leave. His boss said that he wasn't the brightest star in the sky. Ya think? What do you mean by "an out of state card" and "a local card"? I suppose that can happen only in the U.S. In European Union, even the debit cards can be used across the borders in every country. Same in the U.S. There is no such thing as a "local" VISA credit card. While some states regulate the interest percentage an issuing bank may charge on unpaid balances, the rules governing the use of the credit card are set federally and are considered interstate commerce even if they are used locally. This was simply the case of a person who was uninformed.

It's stated to see pics etc but from what i've noticed the pics from rlc are deleted by the admin after a few days and all the vids are from that diabolical uploaded site which I refuse to use. I'm I missing something?
TBG 150 Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 This sites Admin DOES NOT delete the pictures. They are held in off-site picture hosts which RLC has by the short hairs with the wording of the Terms of Service. RLC is boring as bat shit anyway. Why waste money on it?

I wish there was some post office box or something where we could just send money without having to deal with these third-party people who may or may not spam us to death someday. I think CC needs a person who will open envelopes and note contributions. That's what it is, actually, more than a "membership." If you like this website, support it! I don't care if there are zero benefits to membership; I will send money because I understand that websites aren't free and take more time than most people realize. Admin should try to figure out some way for us to get money to him/her other than signing up for some internet payor outfit. I was fine with PayPal but that didn't work (for reasons already discussed here). Tell me where to send the money.

DonMoriarty Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Ok. So, I used Payza just about 10 minutes ago and couldn't figure out where to put my username before actually paying for it. There was just the address, phone number, and of course CC number. I didn't see anything that said "comment" or anything.
