I really don't understand rlc. By now it is clear that C&N have abandoned the project, why not take the apartment offline? or at least force them to come back to finish taking their belongings. Instead, absolute nothingness.

In my opinion they have already found who will replace them. If not, why put the apartment under maintenance instead of closing it?
