There is a lot of noise going on when you bump up the volume and wear headphones but difficult to tell if that's them... or cops... It could just be people walking through the stairs / hallway of the building.

I've reported RLC to their hosts for abuse.

I heard twice what sounded like slaps but there were no screams after them, there was also a sudden rush of noise and banging of doors but this could have been from a lift if the building has one, it's quieter now.
