RLC announcement, those two things don't go together. They'll tell you when someone's on holiday 5 days in to their vacay with 1 day left and they'll post to tell us!

Seems strange someone has to message them so they know when someone is gone.  It's almost like the girl leaves and does not notify RLC they are leaving.
