Write to them and complain that they are liars they havent done anything but lie about things to happen in the Place the last months, they lie constantly whether is things to happen or people to come live there, things that never happen and never when they promised. So nothing but lies. Personally if i ran a Company like this it would be good customersupport to give one month free now for everyone that has paid for more than 3 months in total. However this time I am really frustrated. All I want is some straight answers. Don't tell me something when you know it is the truth. Three days ago they said there would be new people in the Villa, I have tried to be patient with them but they aren't replying to emails. I just want the truth about what's going on, its poor customer relations to lie or not answer customers questions. I can deal with the truth, however I can't deal with lies or miss information. I do not think that they are lieing (?) us, in the moment they tell, they are fully convinced that it will work. But in a country like Russia there will come so many obstacles not planned or even planable. The logistics you cannot compare with the western. The bus is never exact in time. 1 % to early, 99 % too late and not only 3 minutes. I was dealing about 30 years with the formerly socialist countries and was in many parts of former Soviet Union. Look to my earlier post, I had said, sat or sun we will know more. Then they came with their "tomorrow". I don´t know what happened, maybe the new birdies got "cold feet" and have cancelled or they could not collect the money for the trip or the train will have one day delay. BTW, my twitters and emails are also not answered, because they are fighting with a lot of things to make it happen anyhow and as soon as possible. They are humans but always too faithful. i do have some indications for Kirgisia, therefore mentioning Bishkek. Kirgisian girls are a dream, maybe Kamila has her roots there. Their mistake is that they are publishing their plan too early and do not declare it as plan. their customer communication is Russian and not US type. That´s all....
