Maybe Jessi will start to show more (she already does, compared to the beginning, though extremely slowly and minimally) when she not only gets more used to being on cam, but also, and maybe more so, when she finds out people are getting tired of her hiding and she's not top cam anymore?

As for now, her hiding is indeed "working" in the sense that people watch, and keep watching, to see if she will finally (on purpose or by accident, as happened very shortly a few times) reveal more. I plead guilty as well. But, as I said before: "every tease needs a release": if she keeps acting like a prude, even I, and others I suspect, will eventually give up and lose interest.

This happened with Shantal in B1 too, when she stopped "progressing". Though she got a lot further than Jessi now.

The question remains whether Jessi cares about the number of views she gets, or quite the contrary...

Val's new girlfriend/guest ("Juliet", as opposed to Jul) is (was?) a good recent example. Fortunately not cam-shy, and quite pretty.

Agree. like B4 has always been fun overall. but meanwhile i saw Val have sex with a very womanly girl, I just watched Adeline (she is hot) have anal, yesterday I watched Estera fucking like a trooper. B2 still has lots of good bating. This is a buffet/smorgasbord as we say locally. I have found now, that watching and reading other apartments here more lately that I am getting more from my subscription. Then there are lots of stories and narratives ongoing here which is part of the attraction to a voyeur site. 

B2 has 3 girls who are open and bate. Then one girl that keeps that to her self. Three out of four is is not bad. To many viewers, its the intrigue of Jessi, will she ever let go or not? Its a narrative some find interesting and hope to get that first glimpse of open bating. If it ever happens 😉 

I'm fine with those that don't approve though it gets a bit abusive to Jessi at times. If she does open up she'll just be another average girl probably and most will move on anyway

Bang on, 100% agree with this. I watch the couples a lot, not all but some, I watch the Barce girl's apartments too but specifically certain girls...not all of them simply just because they are there. I don't watch Pam or Jessi but obviously I can see them on top cam because viewers are waiting patiently for her to undress...then what, will it be fucking amazing or will she be ridiculed for being a plus sized girl, or that she has a hairy muff. All that waiting for that shit...laughable. If she doesn't want to be seen on cam then so what...perhaps RLC added her by mistake and that she is merely there as a guest of Pam's. when Aziza cam back with Cassie when she joined, Cassie was on cam for what 5/6 weeks and Aziza stayed throughout and yet some people moaned she was back...the dislike is relentless.
