@moules Well... you're as deluded as usual... but that's the same question. Why would RLC provide an apartment for them ? Even if they pay the rent, that won't cover the loss of not having participants on screen. And I'm not even commenting on that B5 theory...

Bogdan is the owner's on-site representative in Barcelona, that's why.  The Russian owners are not turning over the keys to a Ukrainian, or a Spaniard, or any other nationality.  Bogdan and Nelly had a St. Petersburg apartment.  The owners are from St. Petersburg.  When they were forced to close the Russian apartments, I believe B&N were the only couple who took up permanent residence in Barcelona.

Good point DD with the baby coming that changes the game.  Now he'll have  to focus on being a girl dad  which is different than having boys!  Never under estimate the girls they will look out for each other so they will survive in the villas and apts.  RLC will find a way to move on!🤑

It’s interesting reading moules and ddhm comments as I have done for many years. When I first joined rlc Nelly & Bogdan were in Rome in what was to become Masha’s apt and have followed their travels from there to St P and onwards to Barca and must admit find Bogdan an OK sort of bloke and from my observations he has stuck by Nelly. We all have our ups and downs in married life so they are nothing unique so regardless of what happens to b7 I wish them well and with their soon to be new arrival 👶🫃👌

I would be curious to know where you get that knowledge about the owners of RLC. It's currently owned by a shell company, and the owners are hidden behind.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet, it's nothing more than a proposal by the Prime Minister to try and redress the effect of AirBnB on house prices in mainly tourist areas which has seen protests in Majorca, Tenerife and other parts of Spain. 

This guy is an Estate Agent (Realtor)  in Spain who shares the view of local lawyers, he is based in Torrevieja an area popular with Ex-Pats.

I am exactly the same opinion like you but I am only judging of what we see so far . And Nelly is about to bring a baby in the next weeks and there’s no intentions of moving them out , the world keeps on spinning for them in luxury . The move of the two girls in the next villa is what made me think deeper for this . For Kali , I understand , maybe she  requested to go in the center as she’s sometimes not sleeping in her room and perhaps this would help her more . But what is behind the decision of Madison changing one more room ? Why not keep her there and simply move a new tenant in the room she now occupies ? 
 

It is just a reasonable thought but obviously I agree with you in the financial terms . We should also though not forget that the current Nelly and Bogdan villa was always inhabited for many months by them before coming online , most probably it was without cameras and RLC decided to make it like B4 . But i think Nelly and Bogdan live there for a very long time .

Let’s see what happens , it is just for me tired ( it’s just my opinion of course ) to watch people who don’t offer anymore anything in the RLC project . 
 

I have exactly the same opinion for Linda and Tibor , Leora and Paul , Jade and Alberto . Couples with zero social skills , what is it for me to watch ? Having sex , taking showers or parading in the apartments ? It’s been so many years for them and the zero social life is killing any chance of being interesting once again . I am happy watching the rest of the couples , the only one that perhaps will get boring faster is Estera and Smith , the rest , they have guests in the apartments , new faces visit , we tune in to watch and at times expect the “ voyeur’s moment “ . But the 3 mentioned couples , the circle has closed in my opinion . And I totally dislike thinking that a pregnant woman is still visible in my screen . I respect the people who still support these two but for me , their time is up since a very long time .

Even if it was an established law, there is always a way to go around it. 

Not to mention that N&B have been living 100% of the time in Spain with what ? A traveler's visa ? a refugee program ? Illegaly ? Let's be serious, they probably have a EU citizenship by now.

I agree with you that nothing in their demeanor suggests that they are going to vacate the premises any time soon. On the other hand, no "baby stuff" have appeared yet : no crib, no stroller, no changing table, no toy, no plushy (not sure of that one, the table you put the baby on for changing the diapers). Sure, she's not due for next week, and this might be somewhere else (in the garage or whatever), but I do find that a bit odd too.

The time will solve our questions , for sure we wish , as human beings , the very best and just being healthy and that life treats them perfectly well. The rest is just discussions and opinions we are all allowed to have .

 

My knowledge is that Nelly and Bogdan have no legal papers , it could always be for example like what happened to Ulyana and she had to leave Barcelona . Let’s see how it goes .

Nothing personal, but since you can't back that information (for good reasons, I'm sure), that's pretty much an opinion in my book. Can be true, can be false, no way to tip the balance one way or another, so just a random footnote that I will keep in mind 🙂

Very fair point , let’s just say that the knowledge and information that can be acquired nowadays , it is much easier than 5-6 years ago for example . 
 

Our subject and main point is to see how RLC will proceed with the couple , the rest is subplots 😂
