It seems that tattoo guy was visiting Sara for some period.  It also now seems that they probably stayed at a Barcelona hotel on Thursday night before he was to leave.  That would explain her backpack.  On Friday, they arrived at B-5 at about the same time that they left this morning, I am guessing that he missed his flight or train on Friday..  Rather than return to her current residence, they went to B-5, and today he successfully resumed his journey to wherever.

@Noldushas said that Sara, Nadia, and Karma are living together.  Wherever they live, it must be some distance from the center of Barcelona.  At B-5, Sara had two black party dresses, one in her backpack and one to be worn. so perhaps she changed out of one at Rachel's.  This morning, the tattoo guy took a shower at B-5, but Sara did not.  Perhaps she also took a shower at Rachel's this morning if she is staying near the center of Barcelona for the weekend.

They've all been to different places and trips since they left RLC. But the plan was for them to move in together after about a month, so we'll see what happens now. It's not certain they'll be on RLC/Xlife..
