That building (B5) had some electrical issues in the past IIRC. K&P were without electricity for almost a week.

This apartment seems to have a lot of power outages but the building no. I recently said there is a Vodafone outlet directly below but having checked again it's a Santander bank and I highly doubt they have as many outages as the apartment above.

Perhaps they are running too many devices on the same circuit, and need to install an additional circuit. In my place, there are three circuits for the kitchen because of the appliances that might be in use simultaneously.

My only guess is that, they took a one-week vacation and since it was UM the night before, RLC kept that way until they returned. The apartment was back online on the day of their original return, but they extended the vacation, then it went UM again. Now, maybe they returned last night, but Sasha didn't tell RLC that they were back because he doesn't even know that the apartment is UM and no one in RLC saw that they are back.

Plausible, but as this is not a weekend, I think RLC IT would take the initiative and text him that they were bringing the apartment back on-line. I also think Sasha would check the RLC website when they returned to the apartment.
