I hope the guy brings the fun that Massimo , Dylan , Samson and Thor brought as male tenants and have the girls around for unpredictable moments 😉😁 . Next question whether is a Russian / Ukrainian speaking or a Spanish language guy . And how ( whatever his nationality is ) will adjust with Buki and mostly Brianna for starters and then with the rest of the girls in B4 . IMO, he did not travel far. Also, he took the pink towels, which are actually a shade of beige.

Hopefully, he is not an acquaintance of any tenant but i highly doubt that. Someone must have referred him.
