It's hard to imagine she was making any money on xlife.  She had two cameras, i assume so she could have twice the excitement of turning the two of them off.   They were almost never on and that was the few weeks of the year that she wasn't on vacation.  Add to that she was living with a loud mouthed guy who appeared to be gay pretending to be straight.  The most exciting part of her xlife experience was when she played the piano at work.

I did a bit more research.  There is an Italian bank with offices in Montenegro and Moscow.  In theory, she could deposit money into her account with that bank in Montenegro, and withdraw deposited money in rubles in Moscow.  She would probably need to make the withdrawal in person.

That bank, Unicredit bank, is currently reducing its operations in Russia under pressure by the European Central Bank.  My guess is that the Russian government would be happy to exchange rubles for the euros on deposit with Unicredit bank.

Yes.  Russia developed an alternate system to replace it, but the alternative has a very limited international presence.

If she brought in forty 500 euro notes, she would receive 1,850,000 rubles.  A kilo of tomatoes in Moscow would cost about 110 rubles., on average.

So how come the mother could withdraw the money? It's not like, if I have a Santander account in my country and to go to Spain, I could withdraw the money from my bank account. Even if I do have one account in each country, these transactions must be done by the Central Banks as the middle man.

Come on guys , we live in the era of Revolut ( and similar ) bank / card systems . Montenegro is a “ safety shelter “ for any Russian , they have developed things there so as to be “ Russian friendly “ in many aspects . 
 

I could go on and on about how things work in countries that have “ accepted “ the Russian consequences . It is the internet era , whoever has the time to dedicate and see how it can work in “ Russian friendly “ countries , the answers will be revealed fast. 

I think a better forum approach about Angie is to comment if anything is in the horizon with anyone of her neighbor friends or are we going to see a “ stallion “ line the guy who absolutely “ occupied “ her , seeing a side of Angie never seen before ( even reaching close to an incredible threesome , to be honest , due to much heavy substances used that day ) . Let’s see and whatever we think , good luck to all of the Russian complex in Montenegro , these people are left with few choices by decisions of few people ..
