I think the only real supportive thing that R/D are in a different building are travel times between apartments.   It generally tends to be around 10 minutes between Dragomir leaving his apartment and then showing up at another.  But there could be a number of reasons for that.  Maybe he smokes, so he steps outside for that before going to his destination.

Dragomir going places is a bad reference, I think he is the type to get sidetracked by hitting on a neighbor walking in the hall.  Next time R/D's apartment has a visit from one of the other partipants, will have to check to see how long it took them to travel there.

A/M are on the top floor, but there appears to be a penthouse above them.  Clearly seen on cam 11 when A does a bate show in plein air, as the French would say.  S/D/N appear not to be on the top floor, as there a slab above their balcony.

D / D / N's balcony.  Not on the top floor.  On the far right of the image, there are large glass panels almost reaching the slab for the balcony above.  I think the purpose is to create a solarium.  Perhaps to protect against strong prevailing winds.

It's already established that they are on the same floor.  Nancy left her apartment at 13:16:05 and opened A/M's door at 13:16:10 (5 secs).  Angie left her apartment at 13:16:10 and opened A/M's door at 13:17:08 (58 secs).  However, Angie left A/M at 14:35:49 and got to her apartment at 14:36:36 (47 secs).  So given that, she lives 1 floor below A/M and not upstairs in the "penthouse", it's quicker to go downstairs than upstairs.

Then the question returns to about R/D, their apartment appears to be on a top floor.  I don't think the view from A/M's balcony supports that it is R/D's balcony above them. 

So, I agree that R/D must live in a different neighboring building.
