Jen simply doesn't belong in RLC. In my opinion, she is a useless troublemaker.

Jen in the apartment to justify her payroll and “ show “ that she’s under contract with RLC . An apartment that could change to the better as we saw the last 10 days or so , it is doomed being difficult to tune in with the terrible relationship between Jen and the rest of the  girls ..

After watching the clip from yesterday, I have to disagree with you about the troublemaker comment.  Jen did bring up one major point, The Common Denominator in this situation and the one with Tanya.  I also said Jen doesn't fit but that was based on her comment about not planning to do nothing in the apartment and going to her other place.

Vivi, she had the issues with Tanya, and didn't say anything during that argument.

It was Jen's prerogative to choose who she brings to the party. If she doesn't like Veronica, why should she have to bring her along. I'm sure Jen was invited and it seems Jen (wrongly) assumed Veronica could go as well. Jen made the decision to stand with Veronica and not with her roommates. If Jen would have only asked Vira if it was OK to invite Veronica, everything may have worked out smoother. Now she's the outcast in B1 and she has no plans to reconcile the situation, so it looks like it will stay that way.

TBH. I don't know the details as to what the "gathering" was and who it was that organized it.  I took it, that it was originally the three B1 tenants going out for a simple dinner.  Considering that it was Vira's first week, it seems a bit strong handed to come in and start dictating who can and can't be there.

Finally, I got the sense that Jen wasn't even aware of Vira's feelings about Veronica until after Viv and Vira had come back.

Vira & Jen are apparently two (head)strong characters; those usually clash. A pity, as they're both nice to look at (Vivi, like Veronica & Thais, is not really my type).

Anyway, the situation in B1 can't continue like this. The apartment will be unwatchable if there's a permanent "cold war" going on.

If the girls can't come to terms among themselves, RLC has to step in imo. They could give it some time, but if things continue like this, they'll have to intervene.

Perhaps Jen is playing a high stakes gamble with her refusal to reconcile (but perhaps Vira is also not willing to?... No idea...): she has mentioned before she wanted to transfer to one of the villas (at least I've read this here). Jen's gamble might be that there's more chance of RLC transferring her to the villas if the situation in B1 remains tense/hostile.

But if her gamble misfires, RLC might just throw her out... (though she wouldn't become 'homeless' anyway, as she obviously has her own place to go back to - which gives her the 'safety' to try the gamble in the first place).

Or things could go the Eris/Lilith way & both Jen & Vira get thrown out (especially if the cold war flares up & they get into a real fight)...

Or better: made to share the double bedroom in B4!... Or yet even better: The B7 master bedroom after Aya & Brandon leave (end of this month?)! 😁

Edit: last line was ironic! It would be perfidly entertaining for 1 or 2 days, and then most likely become totally unwatchable...

You are correct. I went back and listened everything again. Everything was fine as they left to go to a bar for some drinks. Jen and Veronica could have gone but didn't of their own choosing. While Vira and Vivi were at the bar, they talked to guy and told him that Jen stayed at home with a friend who was weird. This guy messages Jen from the bar, and from this she figures out that V & V have been talking about her and Veronica at the bar. This is what caused the whole confrontation when V & V returned home.
