Why doesn't that scumbag just report his expenditures to the IRS ?

I report all my repair cost on my rental properties & business, all the repairs on the car 🚗 including fuel & mileage, my cellphone 📱clothes, shoes, even going out to eat it's part of my business and even after reporting all my losses 📉 I still have to give the IRS money 💰. Obviously if you're not taking advantage of your taxes laws, then go ahead and give your hard earn money to the government so they can give it to the illegal immigrants and welfare recipients
